The Fifth Superior Plating Task Group (SPTG5) was called into existence by the NIEBNA board on October 23, 2015 to work with Lennar Multifamily on the development of this keystone site in the neighborhood.

The Fifth Superior Plating Task Group (SPTG5) has completed its work and made its recommendation to NIEBNA board for action. Click here for information in the activities of the SPTG5 and its recommendations.
Unless there are material changes in the overall design presented to, and supported by, the SPTG5 by Lennar Multifamily Communities, the SPTG5 will not meet again.
