Superior Plating Task Group (SPTG5)

The Fifth Superior Plating Task Group (SPTG5) was called into existence by the NIEBNA Board on October 23, 2015 to work with Lennar Multifamily on the development of this keystone site in the neighborhood.

Peter Chmielewski, Sr. Development Manager with Lennar Multifamily, leader of the Lennar development team, made a presentation at the NIEBNA October Board meeting  introducing Lennar and the development team.
